Consumer Rights

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving goods, for any reason and without a justification. Customized or personalized items are excluded, as permitted by law. Orders cannot be cancelled after the product has been shipped, and refund policies apply.

Return Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging.

• Provide proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Custom Products

Personalized or custom-made items, cancellation or refund requests are not accepted once production has begun. By placing your order, you confirm your understanding that the item is made specifically for you and is therefore non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return postage, unless the item is defective or we explicitly agree to cover it.

Defective Goods / Warranty

If your item is defective or delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately. You are protected under a 2‑year legal guarantee, and we will repair, replace, or refund you as appropriate.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days(Switzerland) or within 14 days of notification (EU customers). If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us at atelier.sonyachoi@gmail.com.
