Processing Time
For items without custom options, orders are dispatched within 5 business days.
For custom-engraved items, production begins after your order is placed. Please allow 10 business days for production and dispatch.
For bespoke or made-to-order pieces outside the standard product categories, we will provide a shipping estimate following a consultation at the time of ordering.
Processing time may vary depending on order volume. If you require a more precise estimate, feel free to contact us via email.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via Swiss Post.
Domestic (Switzerland):

Standard: 2 business days (Monday–Friday)

Priority: Next business day (Monday–Saturday)
International (Germany, France, Austria, Italy):

Shipping Costs
Free shipping within Switzerland for standard delivery.
Domestic shipping cost varies based on the selected method (Standard or Priority), and international shipping cost is calculated based on product weight and destination.
Shipping costs will be clearly shown during checkout.
Tracking Information
All orders are shipped with tracking. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Taxes & Duties
Please note that for orders shipped outside Switzerland, any import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address & Return-to-Sender
We are not responsible for parcels returned due to incorrect shipping information or failed delivery attempts.
Re-shipping is not available. A new order must be placed.
Delivery Delays
In case of production or dispatch delays on our end, we will contact you via email.
We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier after dispatch.
Partial Shipments
If your order includes multiple items and requires partial shipping, we will notify you by email in advance.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after your package has been dispatched.
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will assess the issue and offer a refund or replacement where appropriate.
