This website is operated by Atelier Sonya Choi. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Atelier Sonya Choi. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products & Custom Orders

All products are handmade using high-quality leather and crafted on order. Variations in texture, color, and stitching may occur, which are part of the artisanal nature of our items.

Custom-made items (e.g., personalized engravings, made-to-order items) are made specifically for you and are excluded from returns or refunds according to Swiss contract law (OR Art. 197 ff.), unless they are defective.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss Franc (CHF) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via PayPal / Visa / Mastercard / American Express / TWINT / Apple Pay / Google Pay.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after production is complete.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
We are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes in your country.

Return Policy

We accept returns of non-customized products within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Exceptions:
Custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable once production has started.

Liability & Warranty

Our products are subject to Swiss legal warranty obligations (OR Art. 197 ff.).
If your item arrives defective, please notify us within 5 days of receipt with photos. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
